Vivian Kahn, FAICP, is the principal in charge of planning for the firm. She has more than 35 years of planning experience in both the public and private sectors. Ms Kahn has served as Acting Deputy Director and Manager of Current Planning and Zoning for the City of Berkeley, as well as Chief of the Community Assistance Division of the California State Office of Planning Research.
Larry J. Mortimer, AIA is responsible for the firm's work in physical design. He has more than 30 years of experience in architectural and graphic design. Licensed to practice architecture in the states of California and Washington, he has designed a variety of commercial, institutional, industrial, educational and residential projects.
